Signing of Memorandum of Understanding with Syria’s Ministry of Communications and Technology
We are pleased to announce that the Syrian Initiative for Expertise and Development has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Syrian Ministry of Communications and Technology.
This agreement is part of our broader efforts to strengthen cooperation with national institutions and to activate the role of Syrian professionals in supporting digital transformation and smart systems, while building technical capacity in this vital sector.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Mohamad Barhamji, Vice Chairman of the Initiative, and Mr. Abdullah Olabi, Advisor to the Minister for Robotics and Smart Systems. The signing was also attended by Mr. Saleem Alaya and Ms. Nour Abdalsalam from the Board of Directors, along with Mr. Usama Saleh from the robotics and smart systems team.
Commenting on the occasion, the Chairman of the Syrian Initiative for Expertise and Development, Mr. Mostafa Isa, stated:
“We consider this step the beginning of a constructive partnership, and we look forward to launching impactful programs that align with Syria’s digital priorities and help harness the potential of Syrian expertise at home and abroad.
