Official Meeting with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor

The Syrian Initiative for Expertise and Development conducted an official visit to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, where a delegation from the initiative met with H.E. Minister Hind Kabawat to explore opportunities for collaboration and alignment in the fields of social and economic development.

The meeting addressed several key topics, including:

• Developing practical partnerships between the Ministry and the Initiative in areas of community and development work.
• Facilitating procedures for civil initiatives and association registration, especially those established by Syrians abroad.
• Presenting research and policy recommendations to support labor market strategies, with a focus on integrating youth through vocational and technical education.
• Offering specialized advisory services to strengthen the Ministry’s strategic plans and upcoming programs.

The Initiative reaffirms its commitment to supporting national efforts aimed at achieving inclusive and sustainable development for Syria and its people.
